Facial Gua Sha is a gentle massage, which has been adapted to glide the tool and rub it over the face which increases microcirculation.

Using the Gua Sha activates particular pain fibers  which in turn activates the brain to inhibit pain.  Research shows that using these tools have systemic anti-inflammatory effects  and can improve pain such as headaches, sinus congestion and bruxism.  This microcirculation also encourages lymphatic drainage , detoxifying the skin and removing free radicals and other toxins.  Of course the result of this is clearer, glowing healthy looking skin.  Our faces reveal our emotional world by our expressions.  Facial Gua Sha can release negative and stuck energy and release pent-up emotions held in the face.  Radiance on the outside supports radiance on the inside.

Rose, Frankincense and Pomegranate Facial oil is applied prior, to lubricate the skin allowing the tools to glide over the surface of the face with ease and prevent bruising occurring.  I use these  tools on the face, neck and shoulders.
