Deep Tissue Massage Treatment
This is a massage using specific techniques to break down muscle knots or adhesions that are found in the fascia of the body causing pain, disrupting the circulation and even causing a limited range of motion.
I also introduce therapeutic tuning forks to be used on the body, which supports the loosening of the tight fascia. These are very beneficial using vibration to break up the knots and restore circulation.
It is very beneficial for chronic aches and pain and tightness.
Deep tissue massage is not a relaxing treatment though this element comes after the body has been worked on and restrictions removed from the fascia of the body.

Indian Head Massage Treatment
Though Indian head massage was originally designed for use on the head only, today it has been westernised to include other parts of the body vulnerable to stress such as the shoulders, upper arms and neck.
This particular massage keeps hair healthy, improves hair growth and hair condition but also takes on the role of a stress management treatment by incorporating the neck, shoulders and upper arms in the massage.

Fertility Massage Treatment
Fertility Massage is a deep, yet gentle, non-invasive therapy whose core essence is abdominal-sacral massage.
The main focus of the massage is the abdomen from the pubic bone to the ribs, the lower lumbar and sacrum areas of the body. It brings the organs within the abdominal area back into alignment, releasing pressure and tension and strengthening the surrounding muscles and ligaments. It is working on the areas relating to our reproductive and digestive systems.
€70 - Session 60 mins
€95 - Session 90 mins
€125 - Session 120 mins
The Benefits of Regular Massage
Fertility Massage
The techniques used in the fertility massage treatment are pulsing, rebozo, guided visualisation and reflexology combined with the body massage.
Eighty percent of our immune system lives in our digestive tract. Immunity, digestion and fertility are closely linked. An imbalanced immune system has been said to be the cause of 40% of unexplained infertility problems. Immunity issues are also closely linked to miscarriages. The gut is known as our second brain as it holds many nerve neurons. 95% of the body’s serotonin (happy hormone) is found in the gut. A big part of our emotions are probably influenced by the nerves in our gut. Unwanted memories can sit here, waiting for us to have the courage to release them.
Fertility massage helps to loosen hardened debris that has been living in your gut for years and encourages a natural movement and emotional release. Stress and emotional upsets are linked to infertility, therefore releasing past emotional traumas leaves the body feeling lighter and freer.
Massage increases circulation to all parts of the body and works on the lymphatic system. This means better digestion, immune system boosted, hormonal balance and synchronised communication within the body/mind system.
This massage benefits all women where ever they are in their life’s journey, from the teenager with menstrual issues to those women experiencing the menopause. We are creative beings and we hold this power and our feminine energy in this part of our body. This modality helps us to re-connect to this wisdom that is always within us.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage treatment uses specific techniques to break down muscle knots or adhesions that are found in the fascia of the body causing pain, disrupting the circulation and even causing a limited range of motion.
I also introduce therapeutic tuning forks to be used on the body, which supports the loosening of the tight fascia. These are very beneficial using vibration to break up the knots and restore circulation.
Firm pressure strokes and deep slow strokes are used mostly in the areas of the body around the lower and upper back, shoulders, neck and legs.
It is very beneficial for chronic aches and pain and tightness.
Deep tissue massage is not a relaxing treatment though this element comes after the body has been worked on and restrictions removed from the fascia of the body.
It is important that you hydrate well after every massage to flush out toxins that have been released during the massage.
You may feel some soreness in the areas I have worked on during deep tissue massage for a day or so, but this will pass.
Sometimes a few deep tissue massages will be needed to solve a problem area. Soaking in an Epsom salt bath for 20 minutes can help to relieve the soreness.
There are occasions when you will need a letter of approval from your doctor confirming it is in order for you to receive a massage. When you have concerns it is always best to contact your medical physician first and talk to them.
Massage treatments are very therapeutic and supportive but do not replace any medical treatments needed by the client.
